Max Cook, 4, of Trout Valley lands successfully on his first jump of the day on the K05 hill at the 106th-annual Norge Ski Jump competition in Fox River Grove on Saturday, January 29. Max started jumping just one week ago Saturday, and made it 2.5 meters on this jump. He was smiles all around as he came to the bottom of the hill.
