The reason why I am running for this position simple I have lived in Elburn for the past 21 yrs. I have been a dedicated member of the Fire Department for the past 22 yrs and through these years I have seen alot of changes. The issues above I mentioned are very important not only to the taxpayers in our District but people driving through our district. If elected I will help the Fire Department grow and prosper, support a higher level of training for members of the Fire Department and work on expanding our Fire Department resources.
Most of my friends and neighbors are happy with our Fire/EMS services. Our Fire Department has always been proactive.
Currently our Trustees have done an excellent job with the budget, but another Fire Station in the north part of our district has to be a priority.
