The skinny: With starting center Darrin Williams sidelined due to injury, the Flames went with a 6½-man rotation in Thursday's 8-point home loss to Wright State. Could that be an issue as UIC returns to the court less than 48 hours later? The Flames did a fine job of crashing the glass (Paul Carter and Brad Birton each posted 4 offensive rebounds) to make up for the team's 27 percent 3-point shooting. However, UIC continues to turn over the ball at a higher rate than Howard Moore's swing offense ought to do.
