I took this shot along the Fox River in East Dundee between Main Street and Route 72. There were a number of eagles flying on Sunday and this one was just making a turn and lining up the fish it was going to catch. You can see the concentration in its eye. It did have fish for lunch. This is a winter scene I took from my commute last winter on St. Charles Road to Elmhurst College. I used software to convert the photo to black and white and add the soft focus to give it a surreal quality.
