• Ariel A. Utterback, 26, of the 300 block of Duane Street, Glen Ellyn, was arrested around 2:20 p.m. Nov. 4 at 1920 E. Higgins Road, and charged with prostitution. Her court date is Dec. 2.

• Shalyn B. Fuller, 31, of the 2400 block of North Hubbard, Milwaukee, Wis., and Jessica D. White, 34, of the 6600 block of North 103rd Street, Milwaukee, Wis., were arrested between 3:40 and 5:40 p.m. Nov. 4 at 1925 E. Higgins Road. Fuller was charged with prostitution; White was charged with violation of bail bond possession of marijuana. Their court date is Dec. 7.

• Joanna P. Peck, 22, of the 600 block of Sixth Street, Rockford, was arrested around 3:10 p.m. Nov. 4 at 1000 W. Devon Ave. and charged with prostitution. Her court date is Dec. 7.

• Steven A. Turman, 36, of the 400 block of Perrie Drive, Elk Grove Village, was arrested around 5:30 p.m. Nov. 6 at his home and charged with possession of marijuana bond forfeiture warrant. His court date is Dec. 2.

• Thieves stole a 2000 Volvo semi-tractor valued at $20,000 out of a business lot at 1000 Elmhurst Road between Oct. 1 and Nov. 5.

• Burglars stole a wallet, camera and GPS unit out of an unlocked 2001 Lexus RX300 on the 200 block of Fern Drive beween 11 p.m. Nov. 4 and 10:45 a.m. Nov. 5. Value was estimated at $325.

• Burglars stole a laptop computer valued at $300 out of an unlocked 2005 GMC Envoy on the 200 block of Brookhaven Drive between 11 a.m. Nov. 6 and 9:30 a.m. Nov. 7.

• Burglars stole a satellite radio and prescription eyeglasses out of a 1997 Ford Taurus on the 200 block of Pleasant Drive between 1 p.m. Nov. 6 and 9:30 a.m. Nov. 7. Value was estimated at $500.

• Burglars stole a leather bag containing a wallet, prescription sunglasses and eyeglasses, cell phone and a carton of cigarettes out of an unlocked 1993 Ford Tempo on the 500 block of Sussex between 8:30 p.m. Nov. 6 and 3 p.m. Nov. 7. Value was estimated at $667.

• Burglars stole a 24-speed bicycle out of a garage on the 300 block of Birchwood Avenue between noon and 5:30 p.m. Nov. 7. Value was estimated at $600.


• Burglars stole tools out of a 2004 Econoline van on the 600 block of Lincolnwood Drive between 4 p.m. Nov. 4 and 5:30 a.m. Nov. 8.

• Burglars removed a window screen and pushed open the window at a home on the 100 block of East Streamwod Boulevard between 9 a.m. and noon Nov. 8 and stole jewelry and money. Value was estimated at $800.
