City Council Workshop Scheduled for Monday, November 8

City Council and Downtown Advisory Commission Will Discuss Downtown Plan

The Naperville City Council will hold a joint workshop with the Downtown Advisory Commission at 5 p.m. Monday, Nov. 8 in the lower level meeting rooms of the Naperville Municipal Center, 400 S. Eagle St. City Council and Downtown Advisory Commission members will discuss the Downtown Plan at this workshop. Council workshops are an opportunity for city council members to analyze issues and exchange ideas on a given topic that requires in-depth discussion. Complete workshop materials are posted to the city's website to allow residents and interested parties easier access to this documentation.

“Posting these materials to the city's website is another way to enhance transparency in our municipal government,” Community Relations Manager Nadja Lalvani said. “The city wants to ensure residents have easy and convenient access to these materials. Now, with the click of a mouse, residents can view the same documents as their city council members.”
