Antioch wins again

Two games for Antioch's boys soccer team, two wins.

The Sequoits blanked Harvard 3-0 Tuesday, as Juan Perez, Jordan Frazer and Zak Semitka scored.

Alex Grimm made 5 saves in earning the shutout.

Oscar Segura added 2 assists for Antioch (2-0). Jake Jost also assisted on a goal.

Deerfield 8, Vernon Hills 1: Joey Calistri had 6 goals and an assist for the Warriors (1-1) in the North Shore Shootout game.

Evan Borden scored for Vernon Hills, with Eric Lang assisting.

Grayslake Central 2, North Chicago 1: Caleb Longenecker had a goal and an assist, as the Rams won their season opener.

Kevin Anderson made 10 saves for Grayslake Central.
