Flyers honor Wellness Place:

Wellness Place in Palatine, an organization focused on cancer education and support, will have a special day of baseball at Alexian Field in Schaumburg on Aug. 29 for the Flyers vs. the Lake County Fielders.

A portion of the sales from tickets bought through Wellness Place will benefit their mission to offer programming to cancer survivors, their family and caregivers at no cost. The Flyers will host a pre-game parade of Wellness Place participants and guests, and after the game the kids will run the bases and get autographs. Tickets cost $10 with free parking available.
