Streamwood parks fundraiser

The Streamwood Park District Foundation is working with the Streamwood Falcons Football and Cheer Association to raise $10,000 on Thursday and Friday.

The youth sports group has been around for more than 30 years, and the donation drive benefits them and the park foundation. Park Board President Bill Wright has promised to shave his head if they reach the $10,000 mark. For details on how to donate, visit streamwoodparkdistrict.org/SPFD.html.
