By resting LeBron James, Moon's game got to shine

The decision to rest LeBron James for the last four games of the regular season has already paid off for the Cleveland Cavaliers in their first-round series with the Bulls.

Forward Jamario Moon rarely saw consistent playing time and hadn't scored in double figures since Jan. 31. But when James sat down, Moon was able to grab significant minutes and averaged 14 points in those last four games, hitting 7 of 14 shots from 3-point range.

Moon stayed sharp and burned the Bulls in Game 2 by going 4 for 5 from downtown. They've seen plenty of this before. The 6-foot-8 Moon used to burn the Bulls regularly when he played for Toronto and Miami.

"He's probably the main reason we won (Monday), because he knocked down big shot after big shot," LeBron James said after the game. "They were probably telling them the same thing: 'Leave him open. He can't shoot.'"
