Guillen's bitter after Oney feels the post-tweet heat

An angry Ozzie Guillen declined to speak to reporters Friday, but he wasn't upset about the White Sox' 8-4 loss to the Cubs at Camelback Ranch.

Rather, Guillen and Sox general manager Kenny Williams appear to be at odds over Oney Guillen's abrupt resignation from his de facto scouting position with the Sox earlier in the day.

According to a report in the Sun-Times, Oney Guillen's Twitter account was not viewed in a favorable light by White Sox management and that led to the resignation.

Expect the Sox to shortly announce a ban on all "tweets," including the alleged thoughts of third baseman Mark Teahen's dog Espy.

It's been a quiet camp for the White Sox outside of the Twitter madness.

A few weeks ago, Ozzie Guillen attracted national headlines for opening an account on the social media site.

Guillen also wanted to launch a Web site, but that plan was kiboshed by management.

Oney, 24, is Guillen's middle son and he was working as a scouting video technician before resigning.

Oney Guillen played in 52 minor-league games in the Sox' system in 2007-08, batting .140 (20-for-161).
