St. Charlesbull; Galyna Yakubiv, 52, of the 100 block of Bar Harbour in Schaumburg, was charged Monday with criminal trespass, according to a police report. Store security at Von Maur, 3810 E. Main St., observed Yakubiv enter the store after signing an agreement that she would no longer enter the store after previously being arrested on charges of retail theft at the location. bull; Theodore Justin Psichalinos, 51, a homeless man in the St. Charles area, was arrested Tuesday on charges of criminal trespass, according to a police report. Police responded to the 0-100 block of Garden Hill for a report about a man refusing to leave a home. Police found Psichalinos at the residence when they arrived. Psichalinos had been advised six months ago that he was no longer welcome at the residence. The report indicates Psichalinos was very intoxicated at the time of his arrest and complaining of pain in his liver. He was taken to the hospital and treated before being taken to the police department for booking.bull; Dolores R. Beringer, 59, of the 500 block of Foxford Road in Bartlett, was charged Tuesday with retail theft, according to a police report. Store security at Von Maur, 3810 E. Main St., witnessed Beringer conceal a Coach purse, a Juicy handbag and a shirt behind a Von Maur store bag of purchased goods and attempt to leave the store without paying for the items. Beringer told police that she is diabetic, that she knew she took the items but wanted to get some air.bull; Kelsie Therese Rudolph, 19, of the 3300 block of Hillcrest Road in Geneva and Melissa Jessica Barnat, 18, of the 300 block of West Street in Geneva, were charged 2 with retail theft, according to a police report. Store security at Von Maur, 3810 E. Main St., saw Barnat take two pairs of underwear and two bras from the sales racks and enter a fitting room. Rudolph then selected four bras and entered another fitting room. Barnat put three of the four items back on the sale racks. Rudolph put two items back on the sale racks. The pair then attempted to leave the store without paying for the other items. Barnat confessed to taking a $34 pair of boxers that she was wearing. Rudolph admitted taking two bras and a bikini with a total value of $161.
