McCan IV, 21, of the 9N200 block of Oak Tree Lane, Elgin, was cited at 5:24 p.m. Feb. 3 for driving while license suspended and operating an uninsured vehicle after a single-vehicle crash on Plank Road near Main Street in Burlington Township, police said. No injuries were reported.bull; A mailbox and post valued at $550 was reported damaged Saturday on the 4N600 block of Hidden Oaks Road in unincorporated St. Charles, according to a police report.Elginbull; Victor A. Castillo-Vazquez, 22, of the 9N600 block of Kendall Road, South Elgin, was arrested and charged with driving while license revoked, failure to yield and obstructing identification after a traffic stop at 9:05 p.m. Wednesday at Villa and Prairie streets, according to a police report. He is due in court on March 19.
