Polishak, 34, of the 7600 block of West Hortense Avenue, Chicago, was arrested at 1:42 a.m. Jan. 16 and charged with driving under the influence and driving too fast for conditions after crashing his Chevy pickup truck into a ditch at Ramm and West County Line roads in Virgil Township. bull; A Sentry fire safe containing jewelry, personal papers and a 9 mm handgun magazine, among other items, was reported stolen Monday from a vehicle on the 6N700 block of Watseka Avenue in unincorporated St. Charles. A window valued at $300 also was smashed in the burglary, police said.
