Cary-Grove 50, Buffalo Grove 45: The Trojans (19-1) continued their winning ways as they came back from a 2-point deficit to defeat Buffalo Grove, which had upset Wheeling Friday night, on the road in this nonconference matchup.

Sisters Claire and Olivia Jakubicek paced the Trojans offensively with 18 and 12 points, respectively, while Liz Bart also turned in a double-digit performance with 10 points.

Bartlett 60, Crystal Lake South 52: The Hawks (11-8) used a balanced offensive attack as they outscored the Gators (12-9) in all four quarters en route to a nonconference victory at home. Jacki Gulczynski poured in a game-high 20 points and added 4 assists to lead the Hawks. Christina Carlson (7 rebounds) and Haley Videckis (3 steals) also added double-figures for Bartlett with 12 and 11 points, respectively. Katie Burton was the lone Gator in double-digits, scoring 15 points to lead Crystal Lake South.

Huntley 49, Harlem 45: The Red Raiders (10-9) carried an 8-point lead into the fourth quarter and held off a late charge by Harlem to secure this nonconference victory on the road. Carly Goede paced the Red Raiders with 14 points, 5 steals, and 3 assists while Kadie Lowery also added double-digits with 12 points.

Willows Academy 28, Elgin Academy 27: In a low scoring game, The Hilltoppers (5-8) could not come away with a victory as they fell just short in this evenly matched makeup game. Lauren Steimle led the Hilltoppers with a game-high 10 points.

Chicago Christian 52, St. Edward 25: The Green Wave (9-9, 1-6) fell behind early and could not recover as they suffered a Suburban Christian Conference loss to Chicago Christian on the road. Maddie Kerr led the Green Wave with 8 points while Callie Johnson added 6 points.
