Fox Valley police beat

Elginbull; Maxwell R. Tenison, 20, of the 800 block of Brook Street, Elgin, was arrested at 2:37 a.m. Sunday and charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol, zero tolerance, illegal transportation of alcohol and failure to signal following a traffic stop after being stopped by police at Columbia and Preston avenues. Tenison is due in court Feb. 18.bull; Ricardo Tamayo, 30, of the 700 block of North Grove Street, Elgin, was arrested and charged with attempted obstruction of justice and driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop at 6:25 p.m. Saturday at Dundee Avenue and Seneca Street. According to reports, he gave a fake name to the police officer who pulled him over. He is due in court Feb. 1.
